The Executive Committee of Comité International Permanent des Linguistes, CIPL, announces that the upcoming International Congress of Linguists, ICL21, will take place in Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia) from 25 June to 2 July 2023. ICL is the world congress of linguists and started with the First International Congress of Linguists in the Hague (the Netherlands) in 1928, at which conference CIPL was founded.
The Institute of Linguistics, Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia) is organizing an international conference “Linguistic Forum 2020: Language and Artificial Intelligence” to be held November 12-14, 2020. This conference is part of a series of annual linguistic forums initiated by the Institute of Linguistics RAS in 2019 each dedicated to a socially important aspect of the science of language. The 2019 forum took as its topic the UN Year of Indigenous Languages.

The 9th conference in the series «Typology of Morphosyntactic Parameters», TMP 2019, will be held in Moscow on 16–18 October 2019. The conference is organized by the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, the Institute of Linguistics of RAS and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
