Practical information

A look at the central part of the Kina village, Rutul-speaking area, Daghestan

The conference fee for participants and guests is 800 roubles (that is approx. 10 Euros). It includes coffee-breaks during the conference.

Note that lunches are on your own. There is quite a few cafes and restaurants near the Institute of Linguistics and the Museum of Oriental Art, for example (this is not an exhaustive list):

If you need to print your handouts or posters, you can visit one of the Kopirka copy centers close to the conference venue (near Arbatskaya metro station):

  • "Arbatskaya 2"

A lot of cultural activities are held in Moscow every day. If you want to visit some of them during the days of the conference, the following be may be of interest for you:

  • Concerts in Moscow Conservatory on April 5. To reach the Conservatory, walk down Bolshoy Kislovskiy per., then turn to the left to Bolshaya Nikitskaya str.
  • Concerts in Zaryadye hall: April 5, 19.00 – Anton Batagov, solo concert; April 7, 15.00 — Mikhail Lidskiy, Domenico Nordio
  • Exhibitions in the Lumiere brothers Center of Photography (Bolotnaya quay, 3); information about exhihitions is available only in Russian.
  • The interactive exhibition of mechanisms designed by Leonardo da Vinci. It takes place in the “Belyaevo” gallery, metro station Belyaevo.
  • The interactive exhibition of contemporary art “Playing with masterpieces: from Henry Matisse To Marina Abramovich” for children and their parents in the Jewish Museum (metro stations Maryina Roscha / Savyolovskaya).
